REFUGE'S DIGITAL CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN
Inspired have worked with Refuge since 2014 to help support their Christmas fundraising. In 2017, Inspired were asked to project manage the entire campaign, resulting in net income more than doubling. This was a success that was also replicated in 2018. We worked across web, email, social and direct mail to optimise results. Over 1,800 new donors were recruited in 2018 and the overall campaign provided an ROI of over 7:1.
EDEN PROJECT'S MEMBERSHIP
Eden Project appointed Inspired to review their membership product, to see what would encourage 'distant' members outside of Cornwall. Following donor research and audience profiling, we recommended a new membership product, including a supporter journey. We provided a recruitment strategy and longer term development strategy, including up-sell to higher level giving. As a result, membership almost tripled in under two years.
TASC'S NEW FUNDRAISING STRATEGY
The Ambulance Staff Charity (TASC) asked Inspired to develop a new fundraising strategy - to help them achieve ambitious fundraising goals. We carried out an extensive fundraising audit, followed by the development of a fundraising strategy. This included recommended propositions, donor recruitment and development campaigns, alongside community and event ideas. TASC are now implementing the strategy and are set for growth.
DEMELZA'S FUNDRAISING REVIEW
Demelza, like many charities, were experiencing a downturn in individual giving income. We were tasked with reviewing their fundraising - from the Christmas campaign through to unsolicited income - to recommend a sustainable strategy going forward. Demelza are now equipped with a detailed action plan to help them grow individual giving and put in place activities to recruit new donors.
